NexFix uses artificial intelligence services provided by Anthropic, PBC (Claude models) and other AI providers to power the following features: • Service description improvement • Photo analysis and problem identification • Urgency level detection • Cost and time estimation • AI-powered support chat and recommendations ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ESTIMATES, SUGGESTIONS, AND ANALYSES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, OR HOME INSPECTION ADVICE. Vyrona Labs LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. Specifically: (a) Cost estimates generated by AI are approximations based on general data and do not account for your specific property, local labor rates, material costs, permit requirements, or the full complexity of work visible in uploaded photos; (b) Photo analysis may misidentify problems, underestimate urgency, or suggest incorrect service categories — AI image interpretation is not equivalent to an in-person inspection by a licensed professional; (c) Description improvements are stylistic and may not capture all relevant technical details of your repair need; (d) AI support chat responses are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, engineering, or technical advice; (e) AI outputs can vary based on how information is phrased and do not represent guaranteed, definitive assessments. You should always obtain a formal written quote from a licensed technician before authorizing any work. Vyrona Labs LLC expressly disclaims all responsibility for any actions taken in reliance on AI-generated content.
3. Technician Services Disclaimer
NexFix is a technology platform that facilitates connections between homeowners and independent service technicians. NexFix: (a) Is NOT a home repair contractor or service provider; (b) Does NOT employ the technicians listed on the platform; (c) Does NOT supervise, direct, or control the work performed by technicians; (d) Does NOT guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of work performed; (e) Does NOT verify the accuracy of all technician-provided credentials beyond the information submitted at registration; (f) Is NOT responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from work performed by technicians. Technicians on the platform are independent contractors. Any contract for services is solely between you and the technician.
4. No Professional Licensing
NexFix does not hold any contractor's license, home improvement license, or professional services license. The platform is a marketplace technology service only. You are responsible for verifying that any technician you hire holds the required licenses, permits, and insurance for your specific project and jurisdiction.
5. Photo and Image Processing
When you upload photos to the Service, those images are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC via their API for automated AI analysis. NexFix makes no warranty that: (a) AI analysis will accurately identify the problem depicted in your photos; (b) The suggested urgency level reflects the actual condition of your property; (c) The AI's interpretation of an image is suitable as a basis for any repair, safety, or purchasing decision. Photo analysis by AI is not equivalent to a professional inspection. Anthropic processes submitted images in accordance with their Privacy Policy, available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before proceeding with any repair work — especially for electrical, structural, plumbing, gas-related, or HVAC issues where errors can cause serious harm.
6. Third-Party AI Provider — Anthropic
The AI features of NexFix are primarily powered by Anthropic, PBC, an independent third-party AI company. Vyrona Labs LLC: (a) Does NOT control, develop, or own the AI models used to process your content; (b) Does NOT guarantee that Anthropic's models will remain accurate, available, unbiased, or unmodified over time; (c) Is NOT responsible for failures, errors, biases, hallucinations, or inherent limitations of Anthropic's AI systems; (d) Cannot prevent Anthropic from updating or changing their models in ways that affect the outputs you receive; (e) Does NOT independently verify the accuracy of every AI-generated output before it is presented to you. Anthropicoperates under their own terms of service and privacy policy. While we maintain a commercial API relationship with Anthropic that includes data processing protections, Vyrona Labs LLC is not liable for Anthropic's independent data handling practices beyond what is governed by our agreement with them. 7. Location and Map Data
Maps and location data are provided by Google Maps API. NexFix is not responsible for inaccuracies in map data, address matching, or distance calculations. Location features are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon for emergency services.
8. Safety Warning
If you believe you have a gas leak, electrical hazard, structural failure, flooding, or any other immediate safety emergency, do NOT use this platform. Call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for a technician quote or AI analysis in emergency situations.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXFIX AI LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR: (a) Any reliance on AI-generated estimates, analyses, or suggestions produced by Anthropic or any other AI provider; (b) Work performed or not performed by technicians; (c) Property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from use of the Service; (d) Errors in map, location, or distance data; (e) Service interruptions affecting your ability to obtain quotes; (f) Changes to, errors in, or unavailability of third-party AI services including Anthropic. NEXFIX AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
